About Telos
Meet the counsellor behind the practice. A warm, adaptable approach grounded in philosophy and psychology.

My Background
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) registered with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). My varied training allows for adaptable collaboration, whether we take a psychodynamic, existential, behavioural, or brief therapeutic path.
Beyond my graduate training, I am trained in Transactional Analysis and SFBT, as well as trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and culturally responsive practice. I have experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, motivation challenges, life transitions, relationship strain, and performance concerns.
I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience — how we think, feel, and make meaning of the world. This curiosity drew me to the University of Calgary (BA Philosophy, minor in Psychology) and Gonzaga University (Master of Counselling). My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and cared for — where all parts of your internal experience, conscious or subconscious, can be respected.
Clients often tell me that I make it easier to talk about the hard stuff, and that my calm, adaptable style helps them feel supported while taking charge of their own meaningful progress.
Outside of the Office
Outside of counselling, I spend my free time with family, playing recreational sports (pickleball, soccer, volleyball, tennis), and cheering on the Calgary Flames.
